Welcome to Serenity Therapy

Serenity Therapy was founded to provide compassionate, professional holistic counselling and psychotherapy that supports mental, emotional, and personal wellbeing for adults aged 18 and over.
I am Daniel Coulter, an integrative psychotherapist with a BA (Hons) in Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy, and a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). I work with adults through one-to-one sessions, offering a holistic, client-centred approach that considers the whole person, including mind, body, and emotions, within a safe, confidential, and professional space.
Before entering private practice, I spent over seven years working in social care disability services, supporting individuals with complex emotional and mental health needs. This experience continues to shape my work, grounding my approach in patience, compassion, and
respect for each person’s unique experience.
With a strong focus on presence, empathy, attunement, and lived experience, I aim to create a
therapeutic relationship where clients feel genuinely understood, supported, and empowered at their own pace.
Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and you are welcome to take the time you need to decide if Serenity Therapy feels like the right fit for you.
