FINDING THE RIGHT THERAPIST

Choosing a therapist is an important decision. I offer a brief check-in call to give you the opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for whether I’m the right therapist for you.

You’re welcome to share whatever feels important, including your needs, fears, or hesitations, and to take the time you need to decide if this feels like the right next step for you.
